I purchased my 2014 Harley Break out from Texas & had it shipped to my home in Las Vegas. After receiving my motorcycle I took it in to my local shop for servicing where Service Advisor Russell Christensen & Technician Timothy Stephens went above and beyond to service my bikes needs. There was an issue with the transmission which I won't go into detail about, but they spent extensive time negotiating with the warranty company as well as the store in which I purchased the bike from to make sure all of the necessary parts were delivered to the store where I was having my bike serviced & that it was all covered under warranty. I can't thank this team enough for their exceptional customer service & for keeping me well informed with every aspect of what was going on. Furthermore it is my honor to recommend these two gentlemen for any type of promotion or merit available, and you have my word when I say I'm a client for life and will be referring anyone I know to this store.

I had been looking for my first Harley which is supposed to be a wonderful experience. It was anything but that dealing with Red Rock Harley where I purchased my supposedly brand new bike. After the first week problems still unresolved after bringing back to Red Rock Harley-Davidson So I ended up at Henderson Harley and had the most pleasure dealing with Mike in service who pick up the negative, not wanting and sorry that I bought a Harley and bad mouthing Red Rock to So very grateful for someone stepping up and making FEEL like a valued customer. On October 11th, 2018, some friends and I were on our way from Arizona to Las Vegas and the front wheel bearings blew out on my bike. I was stranded on the side of 93, still in Arizona, about 6 miles from the Nevada border. I called the nearest Harley Dealership, which was Henderson. They were out to my location, loaded up my bike, and were on the way back to the dealership with my wife and I within 45 minutes. They put my bike right on the rack and had it fixed within an hour. When I got the bill I thought there was a mistake, but I sure didn't argue. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who came out to get us. One of the nicest guys I've ever met. Said he was retired Fire Department and worked in the service department of Henderson. The Service adviser, Robert Donley, took awesome care of us, getting my bike in and fixed in record time. We barely missed any of our vacation with a major breakdown like that, due to the awesome employees of Henderson Harley Davidson. Thank-you so much!

I waiting for retirement to finally get here and it came. Then to have to finish several projects which took 2 years my time finally came to get my second Harley. My 2005 Sportster 1200 Custom which I bought new and ride daily would always scratch the itch to ride but I wanted a cruiser. I spent three plus years researching the perfect bike for me and went to 6 dealerships and several others who sold Harley's. I also rode and pondered over Indian M.C. but nothing sounds like or looks like a Harley - period... In talking to 20 salespersons over the years they just stopped trying to get your business (understandable) because they did not think I would buy. Not so with Broadway Joe. He always shot the sh** with me when I went in and answered all my questions. After talking to Broadway Joe for a couple of years when I walked in and told him it was time he said he would make it happen. He and Lawrence Machado did just that. They hit me with a price on a 2018 Road King and I was sold. I waited two days until they both were back from their days off and when I came in they were serious with that offer and it took 20 minutes to close the deal. I was looking hard at the used Heritage and the Deluxe models but wanted the new Milwaukee Engine. Not only did they want to work with me they pulled no punches and basically blew the doors off the other two Harley dealers in town. Most one and two year old models were close to what I paid for the 2018. Good timing yes as the 2019 were coming in but that was planned on my part. Buying a new model you can not get around the charges that go with it but I still paid a couple thousand LESS than the used models I had on my list. A Harley has been under my butt for 49 years and this is the third new one I bought and Broadway Joe and Lawrence MADE ME BUY THE BIKE with their pricing. It is all their fault. In returning to pick up the bike with my wife she was given some free T-shirts by Lawrence which just made her feel good about our whole new Harley adventure. Go see "Joe" and "Lawrence" and when you are serious they will come through for you. Top Dollar Harley Dealership.

Recently had a small accident on my 08 FLHTCU, my shift linkage came off on me today while trying to get back to Utah to finish a job so I can pay my deductible, was able to make it to the dealer and Eric Steele got me up and going no questions asked. Wish I could give more than 5 Stars on this. They will definitely be repairing my bike when I pay my deductible. Thanks Eric you saved my job today and went above and beyond. Definitely making me think that switching from my Yamaha to my Harley was the right choice.

When I bought my '03 Dyna Low Rider (in late '08 while living in SoCal for a few years before moving back here), it was because it had mid-controls. I test rode a Night Train, but wasn't comfortable. And I couldn't even reach the forwards, so I couldn't test ride a V-rod (a model that I've always liked).So, eight years later with the Dyna in trade, and this makes my 7th Harley since the mid '60s (now retired in my late 60s), I got a hard-to-find mid-control conversion-kit installed on an '03 anniversary VRSCA!Thanks to everyone at the Henderson dealership, especially Tim in sales, Mike in service, Heather in finance and Tony in parts - all did a great job!

Lawrence did an excellent job of acquiring and delivering the 3 Harleys my brother, my nephew and I purchased on March 19, 2015. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Tony Ciro and Craig were both awesome with a capital A. Everyone from service to parts (and all in between) treated me like gold when I purchased my trike. I know I'm not an easy person to get along with but they did it and I appreciate it. They got me what I wanted for what I wanted to pay and we all came away happy. The only bad thing was I didn't get there in time on Saturday to enjoy the bar-b-que but will this Saturday. I will recommend you all to anyone who mentions thinking about a new or used bike. The wife & I went to the dealer to look at Trikes, and only if "Broadway" Joe Murphy was working... The wife had back surgery about three years ago and can't ride here Softtail Screaming Eagle CVO anymore without having problems... Stopped by the dealership on a whim. I have always wanted to buy a bike. Was quickly and professionally greater by Tony Ciro. Tony took time to find out what it was that I was looking for, What brought me into the store. It genuinely felt as though tony wanted to see me leave the store with my needs met. Although it didn't work out for me taking home a bike that day. When the time is right I will seek tony out for his great customer service and knowledge of the product to help me make the best decision.

I bought a 2012 Sportster 72 with many upgrades from Henderson Harley about six weeks ago. I have already given a testimonial about how great every thing went; and it did !!!! I love my Bike, But I felt I needed to let you know about a Service Advisor by the name of Robert Donley !!! This man is a SAINT !!! I have a little problem with OCD and being a little compulsive. I went in on 7/18/15 to sell my roadking back to you guys because after having two TC88's I've been very disappointed with Harley Davidson and was ready to be done with Harley's after 30 years of riding and wrenching on them. Broadway Joe is the only sales rep I will deal with at Henderson Harley, first because I trust him and second, I consider him a friend, and third, the man knows the product he's selling. Joe knows I'm not a credit card yuppie biker and that money is always an issue being we come from the same hard working blue collar old school Biker cloth. Joe suggested I try a V-rod since he knew my dissatisfaction with the twin cams and also knew that I've only rode Harley's my entire biking life and that Harley was going to lose a faithful customer. Well he hit the nail on the head with the V-rod, I test rode it and loved it. Joe got together with Diane in finance and they went above and beyond to get me a great trade in price on my Road King and a really great price on the V-rod. My credit is not the best and Diane worked voodoo magic getting me financing to pay for a 3 year extended warranty and help me rebuild my credit. Both Broadway Joe and Diane exemplify a standard of customer service that seems to have long been lost by the motor company and it's dealers. Thanks to these two fantastically genuine people they went way beyond what anyone else would do to make sure that I left their dealership completely satisfied and happy. Harley Davidson should be thankful to Broadway Joe for keeping a lifelong Harley rider from going somewhere else because without him and Diane I would have been gone. Joe, thankyou soo much for everything, you're the best brother. And Diane I cannot express enough gratitude for working soo hard for me.

I recently retired at the age of 44 as an assistant principal from the Clark County School District. I was going crazy with nothing to do. My husband and I ran into one of my girlfriends who retired a couple of months before I did at the Mt Chareleston Lodge for breakfast, and she was riding her Harley! My husband and I decided to take the Harley Davidson Safety Course just to give us something to do together. I was the only girl in a class with four other men. I was the only one who had never rode before. My husband was the best person in that particular class and I was the worst. I fell at least 6 times ans actually ran into the wall once. I immediately got back on. I did not pass the driving test at the nd of the four days. However, James the trainer worked with me with one other lady that was struggling too for to days. I did improve, didn't fall, but, I had not improved enough to earn my drivers license. In the meantime, I saw a BEAUTIFUl Ultrac Classic that I wanted to give my husband as n early birthday present. Financing was completed and the bike was his. Again, I had not passed the class and did not have a license, but was determined to earn one if it took two years. I told Bradway Joe" that I wanted to buy a cute little sportster once I got my license in a year or so. Broadway Joe and everyone else there were sooooo supportive even as I felt I was the worst person in the history of Harley Davidson to ever ride a bike. They continue to encourage me. Put an AWESOME jacket on layaway that I could pick up onc I passed the class. As my husband Ken and I were signing the final documents to own his bike, Broadway Joe mentioned " Connie, I found your bike!". I asked what e meant, what do you mean you found MY bike? I don't have my license,,,,, he said I know, but you wanted a cure sportster, I have it in black cherry, with the Harely bags, it's great for you. I jumped out of my seat to go see it. It was perfect! I was till hesitant, because again, I did not have my license. Then Broadway told me how much they were asking for it. There was no way we could turn it down. My husband said we will take it! Ken rode his home that night, and mine was delivered the next day. I was sooo excited. I started riding with my husbands direction, I rode up and down our culdasac, practicing turning my head nd looking. Eventually I rode throughout our community, then outside of our community down Deersprings, and we started riding I breakfast and lunch. I rode it to the DMV to get my license and to register it. Now I REALLY LOVE riding. My husband rides with his friends every Thursday, ad I m working up to making those long rides to Laughlin, Kingman, Overton, California and anywhere else that their Hearts desire. My 19 year old daughter now wants to take the class along with my 21 year old daughter. I plan to upgrade to a heritage soft ail by the end of the year so one of the two will acquire my sportster. What a great bike to start on. My older daughter couldn't understand why they had to buy Harley if they bought bikes, and I explained that they know that I only buy the best so if they want my husband and I to condon their riding, they had to take the Harley Safety Course, and buy the best motorcycle possible which is one made by Harley Davdson, from the best salesmen that I have ever had the pleasure of ong service with. I have bought a number of brand new cars, three houses, this is my frost motorcycle and the first time that I have done business with a company where I felt like the entire company welcomed me to "their" family and the entire company did what ever they could to ensure we had a positive experience. I thank you Hendrson Harley Davidson for ensuring that we had a wonderful experience. I have a whole new ensight on my retirement now. I was going crazy not working after always working, now I'm greatful for the opportunity that I have been blessed with. We are looking forward to out trip to Stergis the summer, and a lifetime of continued fun, learning and riding. Just an overall fabulous experience! I got the Harley bug (again) about a month ago, while surfing the net. I had not been to Henderson Harley, and I thought it would be a good time to check out the dealership. I spoke with salesperson Jeff on the phone, and I was pleased to find that you had in stock my bike of choice, the V Rod Night Rod Special. It took me about a week before getting in, but it was great once there. An absolutely no hassle time. Jeff was very professional and a great person. The dealership was fabulous also, neat, clean, fully stocked, exactly what I want in my bike store! Once I convinced my wife to visit and see the bike i wanted, and we dropped by again, it was great to come back. We decided then to buy the bike, which was a painless process. I need to compliment Jeff on his absolutely great attitude when, after reconsideration overnight, I called the next morning to let him know that we wouldn't be able to follow through with our purchase. He could not have been more accommodating and gracious. And I was pleased, after another day passed, to be able to call and tell the dealership that I was going to go ahead with the deal after all! I can't be more happy with my V Rod! A wonderful machine, which was delivered to my house. Every person I've dealt with at Henderson Harley has been great, and I look forward to a long relationship with everyone as my V Rod will need service during its lifetime. I recently decided I wanted to purchase an IRON 883 Sportster but I was new to NV and I had let my motorcycle license expire 10 years ago. So I took a trip down to Henderson HD and was greeted by a group of very friendly staff. I was then introduced to Joe Murphy (who was one of the funniest, nicest most genuine people I have ever met) and I starting inquiring about the Skilled Riders Course, and told him the bike I was interested in purchasing. He took my cell phone number down and told me he would call me if he heard anything. Less than a week later he called me and told me about an opening in the class that was being held in a couple days. I got the day off of work and enrolled in the course. (the course itself was awesome and truly worth taking for anybody who rides. Butch was my instructor and he is a great guy as well and did an awesome job!) A couple days before the class started Joe called me again and told me that the bike I was interested in (2012 IRON 883 in flat black) just showed up" on the truck today. I called him back and put some money down to hold it until I took the Riders Edge course so I could get my motorcycle license again. After I finished the course I walked around to the other side of the dealership and met up with Joe and he showed me the bike for the first time and it was awesome! It was just what I wanted! We then started the paperwork and Joe made it as painless as possible. He is truly a great guy and so easy to talk to and you can tell he is just as excited as you are about your new purchase! He has some truly amazing stories that you just don't get to hear from the average person you meet in life. I then met up with Diane the finance manager who set me up with the loan and it was pretty painless as well. Diane is another great person they have there and she made the loan process quick and easy. Thank you to Joe, Diane and Butch! Overall my experience at Henderson HD was truly awesome and enjoyable. While getting out of the cold, snowy winter weather, I was lucky enough to be riding from Las Vegas to Laughlin when I picked up a screw in my rear tire just short of Searchlight. I called HOG and theythey told me Henderson HD was the closest repair facility. It was getting late, around 3:30 pm so I called and spoke with John he said he may not have a driver to pick me up, but he did find someone to come pick me and bike up. We got to Henderson just short of 5:00 and he had a tech on it immediatly, I was out of the store by5:30 and again on my way to Laughlin and my 5 traveling friends. Made the trip with no further problems and had a great 10 days of riding Nv. Arizona and Ca. All in all a truly great experience at the dealership. Thanks again Hintzy"

My brother and I rented A Road King, and A Heritage Softail through H.O.G. Judy Tweedy took care of Henderson's end of the rentals. The bikes were clean and full of fuel. Purchased my 07 Dyna Low Rider at Henderson HD even though its the furthest away and and I used to work with one of the salesmen at las vegas HD who was going to get me a deal.Hend HD is run with a family attitude towards the customer and my salesman was extremley knowledgable about my bike. Started looking for a used Electra Glide in June. Found a good price @ Henderson H.D. Called and got hooked up with Broadway Joe Murphy. This guy is all Aces! Got picky, and ended up not finding what I wanted till this week. The whole time Joe would call with whatever had come in, in my price/mileage range. Joe always kept us up to date. Bought an '03 FLH on Friday, rode it 300 miles home Saturday. Feel good about the deal, and Joe is one of the BEST guys I've ever delt with on any dealership purchase. Also a big Thank You to Pierre in the shop, who took a good half hour to just talk about all the differences of changes H.D made over the last 10 model years. Best ever dealership experience for me. When it's time to buy again, I'll be back.

I went to the dealership in November and met Joe Murphy salesman and found the motorcycle I wanted. I told Joe this was the one I wanted and would be back with the deposit. It's a softtail slim and I fell in love. I started working overtime during the holidays and Joe was kind enough to put the bike aside till I was able to come in. I put a deposit down and met with Diane in Finance. She was super great to deal with and made the financing process a breeze. Joe was great, professional and very helpful. The staff at Henderson HD are the best. Also, Rider's Edge was fantastic and the trainers very knowledgeable and I learned alot. Overall, the experience was exceptional thanks to Joe, Diane and Henderson Harley.

I wanted a 2008 Screamin Eagle Road King, It took 3 weeks to get the deal done. Paul in sales and Diane in financing made it happen even though it wasen't an easy sale. I bought a 2007 Harley Street Glide in late 2006 from one dealership in Vegas and when I talked to them about trading it in I got the feeling they didn't want to work with me to make it happen. We also bought a 2007 Harley from Kingman Harley and when I tried to trade the Street Glide in they were to busy to work with me or even call me back. Just a quick thank both Judy & Rob in service. I had my 10k done today and they both were great at meeting my needs. I am never disappointed when I see them in service. I refuse to let anyone but Rob work on my bike. And I just love the way I am treated by Judy. Those two are really assets to Henderson Harley's staff. The Dyna that I bought was accessorized exactly like I wanted, sitting in the showroom, and John's honesty and sincerity made this the best purchase experience I have ever had. I just picked up a set of Vance & Hines Shortshots Staggered Black for my '08 Nightster....all I have to quote John Constanza it's sick man . Nothing better to my ears than to hear that HD rumble like every bike should have coming out of it. My wife and I had been looking for our next Harley for a couple of months. We had just moved in the area and had looked at several dealerships that had other Harley bike options also. The very first time we walked in to the dealership in Henderson, we knew which bike it was. However, being cautious, we did not purchase at that time. It wasn't until 6 weeks later and several trips in did we finally get into details about acquiring the bike. Broadway Joe, wow, he worked with us the whole time, was very patient, not pushy, but sought to help us in our decision making. Diane, wow, never has financing been so easy. My wife and I have bought quite a bit, but Diane made the financing process soooo easy. Tom, well Tom was with us all the way also. Needless to say I rode home a 2014 Road King CVO that night!! WOW!! Our first NEW bike. But not only did we get a new bike, we got a family. That was a week ago, and it seems like we know everyone that works there. We special ordered parts through service, what and amazing thing!! Bought extra parts from Randy and Karen, wow!! Everyone makes you feel like family! Thanks guys!!

I I reached recently purchased a Harley-Davidson through a seller assist. I just wanted to post this and say Diane in finance was absolutely amazing. She treated my spouse and I like family and ensure that we will be a lifetime customer of Henderson Harley-Davidson thank you so much.

Henderson was the last stop for me before home on a 2000-mile trip out of L.A. through Nevada and Utah. I pulled into Henderson early and decided to stop by Henderson HD to see if they could get me in for an oil change and an air cleaner recharge. The service writer, Judy, had me in and out in a little over an hour. They also offered to drop me off and pick me up from a restaurant or my motel while the bike was being serviced, but I chose to spend the time nosing around the dealership instead. What I was too tired to notice when they returned the bike was that, without being asked, they had thoroughly washed 2000 miles worth of road grime and bugs off and left the bike showroom clean. That saved me about a day's work after I got home, for which I will be eternally grateful. Great service all around from a friendly, first-class Harley dealer!

I was in Vegas on vacation and we ended up renting three HD's for 24hrs. I must say this was the highlight of our vacation. The staff were very professional and courteous. I have been spreading the word to everyone I know if you go to Vegas, rent a Harley at Henderson HD They gave us a route to follow and it was great! We will be definetly back!

I would just like to start off by saying that the customer service from the minute i walked into the door was absolutely phenomenal. My sales person, Brad, was probably one of the coolest sales people I have had to work with in my entire life. I never once felt rushed or pressured into buying a bike. He walked me around and showed me several models that would fit both my short stature and my budget. I ended up in the end with a Black Denim Iron 883. There was a lot of custom work done to it already. The lovely sales lady who helped pick out my helmet and gloves was an utter treat as well. She was very funny and laid back, but still maintain full professionalism. Then there was Buddy. He took time from his work day to give me riding tips. Brad was very helpful with his riding tips and advice as well. I will without a doubt be a future customer for years to come. To sum it all up: YOU GUYS F*#KING ROCK!!!!!

I was needing a service on my ultra and call and was worked in I traveled 4500 miles in two week and went in a lot of dealerships and yours was one of the tops across the nation. From the time I parked my car in the lot mywife and I felt at home. My wife said she would never ride on a motorcycle.When we hit the sales floor brad waited on us at every turn left us try all the bikes.the first were the ultra classic's I was able to get my wife on one in two up I asked her how she liked it said she felt secure. But still would not committ to riding. Long stoy short I came out with my 08 fatboy,got my wife on ,then couldn't get her off the motorcycle .Six months later my wife owns a 08 fatboy as well.We both did riders edge loved it. the first time i came in the store i came in for rubbers for windshield and spark plugs. kristel torvik helped me look up parts and ordered the rubbers for the windshield. she treated me like i had been shoping there for years. employees like her will keep me comeing back for all the parts and accessories that i will buy for my superglide in the future. thank you
